Refund policy

WARRANTY

The product warranty period is shown on or in its packaging. If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging which is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will replace the product. To make a warranty claim call us on 1800 351 202 or contact us here. The customer service team will advise you how to return your faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law. Proof of the products purchase is required.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any products to us that have been purchased on brabantia.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding any delivery costs) provided that they are returned in the original condition and packaging. Return freight is payable by the customer and we suggest sending via a trackable method as no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the goods and return to:
